Refunds & Returns

Regrettably, due to our made-to-order model, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or style, or due to a change of heart. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, we’re happy to provide a refund or store credit.

If you experience any issues, please contact us at marketing@tfroyal.ie with your order number and photos of the item(s), and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
