Our apparel products are printed using the DTG (Direct-to-Garment) method. This is a digital printing process that applies the design directly onto the fabric using a specialised printer—different from traditional screen printing methods.
To keep your garments looking their best, here are a few care tips:
- Always check the care label on your garment for any specific instructions.
- Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect printed or embroidered areas
- Wash in cold water to help prevent shrinkage, preserve colours, and reduce cracking or fading of the print.
- Use a gentle cycle and avoid bleach or fabric softener.
- After washing, hang to dry or lay flat to avoid stretching or distortion.
By following these simple steps, your items should stay looking great, wash after wash.

We operate as a made-to-order business and partner with a print provider that has facilities around the world. To ensure your order is fulfilled as efficiently as possible, it will be printed and shipped from the location closest to you.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.
Please note: if your order contains multiple different items, they may be shipped separately.
Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on your location. Typically, it takes between 3-5 business days to receive your order after it’s been created. Please note that this is an estimate, not a guarantee. During busy periods - such as Christmas or Black Friday - there may be unforeseen or unavoidable delays.
Refunds & Returns
Regrettably, due to our made-to-order model, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or style, or due to a change of heart. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, we’re happy to provide a refund or store credit.
